DANCE TEACHERS
You want to teach dancers how they can train safely & effectively. You want to help increase the performance of your students and minimize their risk of getting injured.
DANCE SCHOOL OWNERS
You want to offer healthy dancing in your dance classes at your dance school. You seek to acquire a basic understanding of health and performance enhancement in dance for your competitive groups/companies.
MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS
You want to work with dancers within your health/medical profession, analyze movements and guide dance style-specific exercises. You are, for example, a sports scientist, physical therapist, doctor, orthopedist, naturopath.

HE4DS Detective
Read the dancers‘ body like an open book: HE4DS Detectives are experts of spotting physical strengths & weaknesses. Upgrade your toolkit with our powerful HE4DS testing battery & learn how to point out small details in other‘s or in your own movements.
HE4DS Trainer
Learn the foundation of effective, healthy & safe dance training! HE4DS Trainers have a deep understanding of dance-specific body conditioning, recovery & injury prevention as well as competition preperation. All you need to level up – yourself and others!

Strength Training:
Discover functional dance exercises using our own body weight to build sufficient strength for different dance styles.
Endurance:
Study & try out endurance training methods for different dance styles, complemented by special breathwork techniques to be used before and during performance.
Mobility:
Learn practical application principles and exercises to improve flexibility, strength and coordination in various dance positions.
Stability:
Explore how to prevent typical dance injuries through functional and coordinative stability exercises.
TRAIN EFFECTIVELY
General and specific warm-up:
Find out how to ideally warm up your body for a powerful dance practice using two warm-up phases.
Technique training:
Learn dance style specific approaches for effective technique training.
Competition Preparation:
Explore the most effective training methods to prepare for competitions and shows.
Cool-down:
Get introduced to our special cool-down for dancers and guide you through the specific exercises as well as dynamic stretching.
RECOVER BETTER
Self-treatment:
Learn the principles of treating muscles, fascia and joints and apply them to your own body using balls, rolls and bands. Apply the techniques during warm-up, during cool-down for regeneration or as a separate session for sustainable tension regulation in the musculoskeletal system.
Breathwork:
We will explore the basics of breathwork for dancers. Understand why breathwork gets you ahead in competitive dance and learn how you can increase your psychological resilience and physical condition using breathwork. We will try out breathwork exercises than you can use before and during dance competitions to effectively enhance your performance.
